3. The spray gun should moves steadily, sprays evenly, and the adhesive layer should not be too thick or too thin;
4. After spraying, you can spray and stick immediately. The bonding must be completed within 10 minutes after spraying, and reasonable pressure must be applied after bonding (the glue layer is generally about 24 hours After curing, the tensile force reaches the maximum within 48 hours).
5. During construction, the pressure of 1088 component A latex should be adjusted to about 0.15-0.35MPa, and the pressure of 1088 component B catalyst should be adjusted to About 0.03-0.05MPa, the output ratio of material A and material B can be balanced by adjusting the conveying air pressure. You can use the waste material for testing first. The output ratio of material A to material B is generally (3-5):1 until the viscosity effect required by the operation is achieved.
6. In order to reduce the drying time, adjust the appropriate amount of glue when spraying. Under the premise of satisfying the viscosity, the smaller the amount of glue, the better.
7. After construction, if the glue needs to be removed, it can be removed with water before the glue is not cured.
