Surface Preparation
1. Surface preparation: the grease, dust, moisture, and rust on the bonding surface must be cleaned off.
2. Make sure that the surface must be dry during rainy days, or it will cause a non-stick atmosphere.
Spraying
Apply the adhesive evenly on the two bonding surfaces with spray gun and the consumption is 185-250g/m2. spray gun with an
opening of 1.5-2.5 mm and 6-8 kg air pressure is recommended.
Thickness control
The adhesive should be applied evenly and not too thick to avoid the weakening of the bonding strength. But for porous materials or materials with coarse surfaces, you can apply more accordingly.
Instructions for Use:
1. Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.
2. Shake the can vigorously before use to ensure proper mixing of the adhesive.
3. Hold the can approximately 6-8 inches away from the surface and apply an even coat of adhesive.
4. Wait for a few seconds to allow the adhesive to become tacky.
5. Carefully join the surfaces together, applying firm pressure for optimal bonding.
6. For larger projects, it is recommended to apply the adhesive in sections to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
7. Allow the bonded surfaces to dry completely before subjecting them to any stress or load.
